World Handball Championship will be held at 11 until January 27, 2013 to be held in Madrid, Spain. A total of 24 teams qualified for the world handball championship. Eligible teams are as follows:
Spain (qualified automatically: the host)
France (Champion Survive)
Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt (representing the African continent)
Korea, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Australia (representing the continent of Asia)
Argentina, Brazil and Chile (representing South American continent)
Denmark, Serbia, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, FYR Macedonia, Russia, Belarus, Slovenia, Poland, Montenegro and Iceland (representing the European continent)
all these countries will play in the world handball championship.
The official draw for the 2013 Men’s World Championship in Spain will take place in Madrid, Spain on 19 July 2012. The draw will be conducted by COC Chairman Leon Kalin.
